    On Saturday 22nd November, between 04:00 AM and 04:30 AM GMT (UK time), our SEPA banking partner will perform scheduled maintenance that may affect SEPA Instant payments.

    During this window, payments may be delayed or could potentially fail. To avoid any disruptions to time-critical payments, we recommend pausing the submission of SEPA payments during the maintenance period and ensuring that any payments are sent in advance.

    On Sunday the 5th October 2025 between 02:50AM and 03:40AM GMT (UK time) our payment processing partner will be completing essential maintenance which will impact SEPA Instant transfers. 

    There will be no impact on SEPA Credit Transfers, any SEPA Credit transfers made during this time will be held for Monday morning as normal.

    - SEPA Instant Outbound: Any outbound SEPA Instant transfers will be held until the maintenance is complete. Once finished, all pending SEPA Instant transfers will be processed as normal. 

    - SEPA Instant Inbound: During this time, we will be unable to receive inbound SEPA Instant transfers from any payment provider. Any SEPA Instant transfers sent to us during this time will be rejected by our payment partner.
