As a precaution, we’ve temporarily disabled the integration for all Netstorming customers to investigate the root cause. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

During this maintenance window, any inbound or outbound SEPA Instant payments will fail. To avoid any disruption to any time-critical payments, we recommend pausing the submission of SEPA Instant payments during the period and ensuring that any payments are sent in advance.
SEPA Credit Transfer payment requests will be unaffected.
