Our card provider (Modulr) has notified us of a full card service outage today between the times of 14.34pm - 14.44pm. As a result you may have experienced some card rejections during this period, Modulr has since confirmed that the issue has been resolved.
We are working closely with Modulr and their third-party processor to identify the cause of the outage and to prevent the issue from recurring.
